Ed Wilson, Owner/Operator

Mr. Wilson began his career in Law Enforcement while enlisted in the U.S. Army.  He served as a Reserve Police Officer for the City of Nolanville in Texas in 1982 and 1983 and assisted the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division in White Collar Crime in Fraud, Waste and Abuse.  Mr. Wilson retired from the U.S. Army in 1988 as a Chief Warrant Officer 2 after 20 years of honorable service.  While in the U.S. Army, he served two years in Viet Nam in the 1st Air Cavalry Division. He also served with the 82nd Airborne Division as a Paratrooper.

After retiring from the U.S. Army, Mr. Wilson worked with the Richmond County Sheriff’s Department as a Road Patrol Deputy.  He then transferred to the Aiken County Sheriff’s Department to serve as an Undercover Narcotics Agent and handled cases involving street level narcotics offenses and seizure of assets from persons involved in the trafficking of controlled substances.  Mr. Wilson then transferred to the Sardis Police Department to serve as Chief of Police.

Mr. Wilson also trained as a self-defense and NRA Firearms Instructor through Central Texas College.  He also trained in the Bail Bondsmen, Bail Enforcement Agent field.

Mr. Wilson is a Small Business Owner. He also worked with Sizemore Security Private Investigations Division.

Mr. Wilson was the Owner and Director of the United States Academy of Bail Enforcement (Featured in the 1998 Man of the Year Edition of GQ Magazine, Appeared on Montel Williams Show),  Owner and Operator of Georgia -Carolina Bail Bonds, Fugitive Recovery Services, Private Investigation, and was certified Instructor for the South Carolina Department of Insurance for the Bail Bonding Pre-Licensing Course and Continuing Education. Co-Arthur Bail Enforcement and The Law. Also Co-Arthur of Skip Tracing manual.

Mr. Wilson’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southwest University majoring in Criminal Justice, an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Phillips Junior College, and an associate degree from Central Texas College in General Studies.  He has also received extensive training in Bail Enforcement, Criminal and Juvenile Investigations, Narcotics, and Financial Investigations, Private Investigations, Affidavits and Search Warrants, Asset Seizure and Forfeiture, Street Level Sting Operations, Civil Process, Criminal History Records, Hidden Labs/Booby Traps, Electronic Surveillance, Computer Data Recovery, ASP Baton Instructor, OC Spray Instructor, Taser Instructor, and Basic Security.

Mr. Wilson’s awards include Bronze Star, Air Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal (5th), Purple Heart, Vietnam Service Medal and Campaign Ribbon, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry, Republic of Vietnam Civil Actions Honor Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Medal, Paratrooper Wings, National Defense Service Ribbon, Expert Rifle Qualification Badge, Army Driver Badge, Gold Army Recruitment Badge, along with numerous other awards. 

Mr. Wilson’s affiliations past and present included: Membership with The National Association of Bail Enforcement Agents, Georgia Chiefs of Police Association, Association of Professional Police Investigators, Georgia Sheriff’s Association and South Carolina Sheriff’s, Association, Professional Bail Agents of the United States, President and Vice President of Bail Bondsmen Association of South Carolina, Juvenile Arbitrator for Aiken County, 2nd Judicial Circuit, Juvenile Arbitration Program, Director of United States Academy of Bail Enforcement, and Member of the Masonic organization (Masons, Eastern Star, and Shriner.

Ronda Wilson

As a teenager, Mrs. Wilson worked in several different restaurants as a car hop, waitress, cashier, and hostess.

Mrs. Wilson began her career in 1973 as a civilian Personnel Clerk providing a wide range of clerical, administrative, and technical support for the 504th Infantry Company at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

She also volunteered for the Bastogne Gables Community Unit which provided assistance to improve the living conditions for approximately 475 families living on base and was responsible for crisis resolution.

After moving to Illinois, Mrs. Wilson continued her career as a Personnel Clerk with the US Army Recruiting Center along with working as a Nurse’s Aide in a local Nursing Home.

After moving to Germany with her husband, she continued her career as a civilian Personnel Clerk providing a wide range of clerical, administrative, and technical support for the HHB 3rd Battalion 7th Air Defense Unit in Schweinfurt, Germany, and the HHC USMCA Unit in Wuerzburg, Germany

She also volunteered with the Red Cross as a Nurse’s Aide with the Schweinfurt Health Clinic and was a Substitute Teacher for the DODDS American Elementary School.

In 1985, Mrs. Wilson took an Executive Secretary’s position with the Public Affairs Office for the 3rd Infantry Division and the Marne Museum in Wuerzburg, Germany, and was responsible for numerous tasks in fulfillment of the Public Affairs mission and Divisional historical program.

Mrs. Wilson was also responsible for assisting the editor and staff for the 3rd Infantry Division’s oldest newspaper, “Frontline”, which has been in production since World War II along with assisting the Director of the Marne Museum which preserves their legacy and homage to the heroes and promotes the history of the 3rd Infantry Division.

Upon arriving back in the United States in 1988, Mrs. Wilson took a position as Executive Secretary with Claussen Concrete, the oldest Concrete Supplier in Augusta, Georgia.  Claussen Concrete was then sold to Rinker Materials which was one of the nation’s largest manufacturers of Concrete Pipe and related products.  Mrs. Wilson was then promoted to Accounts Payable Manager and then Regional Credit Manager.

After 17 years with Claussen Concrete / Rinker Materials, Mrs. Wilson then went to work with her husband at Georgia-Carolina Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Georgia-Carolina Bail Bonds as Vice President, Office Manager, and Bail Bondsman.  She is also responsible for coordination between the Defendants, Courts, Solicitor’s Office, Attorney’s Offices and Detention / Prison Facilities along with maintaining Account Receivables.

Mrs. Wilson’s educational background includes Undergraduate College Courses in Sociology, Human Physiology, Human Anatomy, Fundamentals of Nursing, and Macro Economics thru the University of Maryland and Georgia Military College, along with many military correspondence courses.

Mrs. Wilson’s Awards / Commendations include a Special Act Award from the 3rd Infantry Division Public Affairs Office for eliminating the arduous task of completing stories for the Frontline newspaper on typewriters.  Mrs. Wilson created a semi-automated procedure to reduce the publishing time of “Frontline” in half and developed a process to allow stories to be loaded on disks in Wuerzburg, Germany, and fed directly into the main frame of the Stars and Stripes located in Darmstadt, Germany for publishing.  This Special Act Award also included managing and processing over 1,000 releases per month for the Army and Air Force Hometown News Release Program with no errors.  This program is the sole program by which the American Public is informed of the many accomplishments of the soldiers overseas and published in nearly 15,000.00 newspapers across the United States.

Also received a Letter of Commendation from the Colonel of the Field Artillery Division of the 3rd Infantry Division US Military Wuerzburg, Germany community for SIDPERS accuracy and timeliness rate and achieved 8 out of 8 SIDPERS categories which had never been achieved before.
